Waterfall Country Estate
Located on the apex of the development, adjacent to the Waterfall CBD that includes the Mall of Africa, this home has scenic views over the entire development. The architecture draws strength from the steel elements and concrete wall finish used on the street facade which contrasts to the full height glass panels capitalizing on spectacular views of the estate. Complementing the living areas which all flow into each other, the design promotes a feeling of tranquillity by the use of a centralised water feature. The objective was to design a home for family living comprising of a spacious open plan layout, communal living areas and entertainment spaces strategically placed on the Northern perimeter taking advantage of the winter sun.
